We accept walk-in customers up to 30 minutes before closing time.
Scheduled appointments have a 10-minute grace period to allow for traffic or parking issues. If you anticipate arriving late (beyond 10 minutes), please call ahead to check availability. One late client can affect our entire schedule and delay others. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we reserve the right to refuse partial or full services.
Appointments can be canceled up to 24 hours in advance, or at least 30 minutes before your appointment, by calling (301) 490-1099.
Please be considerate and give us enough notice so we can offer the slot to another client on our waitlist.
We understand emergencies happen, but if you repeatedly cancel or no-show without proper notice, we reserve the right to decline future appointment bookings.
If you are feeling unwell, please call to reschedule.
We cannot perform services on clients with contagious conditions (e.g., fungus, warts) or open/infected wounds without written consent from a physician.
If you have a concern about a condition on your hands or feet, please notify us before the service begins. We will assess if it’s safe and legal to proceed.
We love doing children’s nails! However, unattended children can be disruptive and may be exposed to harmful products.
If your child is under 10 and not receiving a service, please keep them safe and arrange child care before your visit.
Please pay at the front desk.
We accept Cash, Zelle, and all major credit/debit cards (except American Express and personal checks).
If you are not satisfied with your nails, please inform the receptionist or manager before leaving. We will fix or remove the work at no additional charge.
Once you leave the salon, any changes will be considered a change of mind and may incur an extra fee.
No cash refunds will be issued after you leave the salon.
Please remember, nails are jewels, not tools. Be kind to your nails, and they will look beautiful for weeks after your service.
For your safety and ours, digital video surveillance is in use throughout the premises.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items, including cell phones.
